These haircuts should come with a warning, a waiver, and instructions. While cutting my hair Zach didn’t coach on how to handle all the phone numbers, followers, secret admirers, significant others, side hoes, and stalkers you’re gonna get the minute you set foot outside. He musta thought I knew... that’s on me for being Busch league. I’m generally a very modest and introverted person and not fully used to being this damn sexy at all times now. I wasn’t aware that you’re supposed to turn your swag off when you go to bed because I woke up covered in women. It’s like Zach cut a Instagram filter onto my head and made me look like a dream come true. My inbox is now full of photographers offering to take my picture for “free exposure” so I know I’m looking good as hell. I can only speak for Zach from personal experience but I’m pretty sure if you get a paper receipt here it comes with a modeling contract on the back cause you’re guaranteed to take more photos of yourself when you leave than you did before you walked in.

I’ve been coming here for years since it’s opened and followed the owner anywhere he goes for a guaranteed fresh cut every time. It’s an unmatched feeling to know that even if you have a vague idea of what your looking for, these guys know how to cut a bespoke look for you. The owner goes to great lengths to make sure he’s ahead of the trends including cut competitions and shows to bring back new insights to barber services. I don’t trust anyone but Herrera to cut my hair.

If you’re looking to get a good detailed haircut then this is the place to go. The hospitality is wonderful, everyone in the shops knows exactly what they’re doing. Brandon and Nick are really great at what they do including the phenomenal service they provide. Whatever you want or desire, they will make it happen. Not to mention at the end you get that hot towel to just feel so cleansed and refreshed? Yeah this place is amazing and a no brainer. Will be client of theirs for a long time!

Came in without a reservation for a line up. It was lunch and everyone was gone but one Barber. Wish I caught his name. He stopped his cut. Came and helped me. Snuck me in on a busy schedule. He set me up with Jazz. Lovely Lady, incredible barber. 10/10 recommend Jazz and The Establishment.

The best cut in Atlanta, by far. I’ve known the owner for years and he’s the only person I’ve had cut my hair over the years. The barbers are all great, and the team is very attentive to the customer experience. Price point is competitive with any good barber shop in a big metropolitan city. But it’s worth it as they take their time in getting you the exact cut you want. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I first sat in Herrera’s chair the first day he moved to Atlanta and have continued to see him since. He’s done a great job with my hair and is very friendly and respectful. The shop has great vibes and music, all of the staff are talented and friendly. I highly recommend anyone who wants a good barbering experience to book an appointment.

Jazz is phenomenal! Recently moved to ATL and couldn’t be happier I found my spot on the first try. I spent 8 years with the same stylist and was anxious to trust another with my hair. You can fully trust these professionals, without a doubt. The work I see from each team member is worth the price point.
